Basically, you can use free and exclusive content with us.
Environmental protection:
We try to find environmentally friendly solutions for our ID cards and printing materials.
This is why the membership cards are made of wood pulp board and all printed materials are commissioned with climate compensation.
The web host of our website uses 100% green electricity for its servers.
1. free contents
Free videos
We collect freely available videos for you from platforms such as youtube, vimeo etc. and embed them on our site.
These videos are of course available to all users completely free of charge.
You can search for bands in the “Search” (top right next to the menu) and find everything that can be found on our pages for the respective band.
We summarize all videos in the predefined genres. We know that there is often a need for discussion when it comes to classifications.
On the one hand, we are guided by the classification of the Metal-Archives,as well as the bands themselves.
If you miss a video and would like to see it embedded on MetalUnites, please send us an e-mail (mail(at)metalunites.de) with the link to the video or contact us via our social media channels.
Free podcasts
We have a page where we collect metal-related podcasts.
If you know of any cool podcasts that we should definitely list here, please send us an e-mail (mail(at)metalunites.de) with links.
Free events
We list the events sent to us by the MU partners in the calendar.
All events listed here include some form of special for our METALHEADs and WARRIOR.
If you are an event organizer and want to see your events listed, you should become an MU partner.
2. Exclusive content
Exclusive videos
As a MetalUnites member you get access to exclusive videos that we have either produced ourselves or that have been made available to us by bands for exclusive use.
Webshop + excl. products
As an MU member you have access to our webshop.
However, as a METALHEAD and WARRIOR you also get access to our exclusive products, which we produce in collaboration with bands and partners.
METALHEAD and WARRIOR may also receive special conditions on products in the store.
Membership card + specials with partners
METALHEADS and WARRIORS receive a membership card from us.
This entitles you to request special conditions from our partners.
You can find our participating partners in the HOLY METAL LIST or on the individual introduction pages of the partners.
You can find an overview of the individual partner categories here.
If you are authorized, you will see corresponding buttons with which you can contact the partner via a form (e-mail). There are also partners who will grant you special conditions by showing your membership card (at events, in the store, etc.).
You can find out exactly who is offering you what via the HOLY METAL LIST or the respective partner sites.
Private facebook-group
For METALHEADS and WARRIORS we have our own private group on facebook.
Language in that group is english!
Due to the current developments on platforms such as facebook & Co. we reserve the right to transfer the group to another platform in an emergency.
Year-end raffle
Among all METALHEADS and WARRIORS who have been members for at least 9 months, we raffle off packages with goodies such as merchandise, recordings, tickets etc. at the end of each year.
The prizes will be determined by the MU team and all those drawn will be informed by e-mail in order to organize shipping.
Anyone who becomes a member in the 4th month of a year is entered into the lottery pot for the following year after 12 months of membership - even if they cancel their membership after 12 months.
The golden membership card
METALHEADS and WARRIORS who have been members of MetalUnites for 5 consecutive years will receive a one-year free membership and a “gold” membership card in the 6th year.
We will come up with additional goodies for these members.
