General information about the store
The MetalUnites Shop – or “MU-Store” – is a store to which all registered MetalUnites users have access:
- – ROCKERS, whether monthly, quarterly or annual members, can shop here at “normal” prices.
- – METALHEADs receive a 10% discount on almost all products.
- – WARRIOR receive a 15% discount on almost all products.
Our official office hours (may change depending on the situation) are from Mon. to Fri. from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm.
Outside of these times there is NO dispatch of goods etc.
As we are a small team, this can also change in the event of illness.
You may also meet us at one or other event at weekends.
The opening, shipping and vacation times can be found in the footer of the website.
What products can I get in the store?
There are various things in the MU-Store.
- – BAND MERCH: We offer products provided to us by bands.
„Regular“ products from the bands‘ range, but also exclusive products such as signed recordings, posters, limited editions, unique pieces, etc.We will also release exclusively produced merchandise in cooperation with the bands and sell it exclusively here – or at booths at events – to MU members. There, only upon presentation of the membership card.
- – MetalUnites-MERCHANDISE: we also offer you our own merchandise if you fancy our mascot “Skully” and co. Textiles as well as accessories like mugs etc.
- – NAMESHIRTS: Soon you’ll be able to purchase „nameshirts“ exclusively from us. <br>Your name as a black metal, death metal, or grindcore logo. <br>If it doesn’t exist yet, send us a request for your name, and we’ll create the shirt.

ATTENTION: In NON-EU countries, shipping is exclusively „Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU)“.
This means that the buyer is responsible for import sales tax and any customs duties of the respective non-EU country.
These are NOT included in the price and shipping costs!
Costs of the return shipment
The shipping methods state that I have to pay for returns myself.
Is that really correct?
Yes, and we’re really sorry about that.
If we make mistakes, we will of course pay for the return shipment.
These are the reasons why we do NOT normally accept returns.
1. Fairness through honest pricing
We want to offer our customers fair prices – without hidden return costs that are passed on to everyone. That’s why only customers who actually return the goods bear the return costs. This keeps it cheaper for everyone.
2. Avoidance of unnecessary returns
Free returns often lead to products being ordered and sent back thoughtlessly. This puts a strain on resources, the environment and ultimately the price. With this regulation, we want to promote conscious consumption.
3. Sustainability & environmental aspect
Every return means packaging waste and additional transportation. Together with our customers, we want to act more sustainably – choosing carefully helps to reduce CO₂ and returns logistics.
4. Small and independent company
As an independent company, we cannot compete with mail order giants – but we put love, quality and fairness into every product. We therefore ask for your understanding that we cannot offer returns free of charge.

Can I shop without a membership?
N0.
As well, it is “Members only”.
To have access to the shop, you can always become a member.
As METALHEAD or WARRIOR even with an extra discount.
How can I become a member?
Click on the “Become a member” button to go to the membership selection page.
Select your desired membership level, choose the term (monthly, quarterly or yearly), select your preferred payment method (PayPal, Mollie/bank or Stripe/bank/credit card etc.) and make a binding booking.
As a ROCKER you can watch exclusive videos on a monthly, quarterly or annual basis and get access to the online store.
As a METALHEAD and WARIOR, you have annual access and also receive a real membership card made of environmentally friendly material.
As a METALHEAD and WARRIOR you can take advantage of all our partners‘ specials.
