These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via the MetalUnites online shop by consumers and businesses.
The version of these terms and conditions valid at the time of the order is decisive.

Our official office hours (subject to change depending on the situation) are Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
No goods, etc. are shipped outside of these hours.
As we are a small team, this may also change in the event of illness.
You may also meet us at one or another event on weekends.
You can find our opening, shipping, and holiday times in the footer of the website.<\/p>

3. Conclusion of contract<\/h4>

The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to order.
By submitting the order, the customer makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
The order confirmation will be sent by email immediately after the order has been submitted.<\/p>

4. Prices and shipping costs<\/h4>

All prices include VAT (for deliveries within the EU) and exclude shipping costs.
These are clearly shown in the order process.<\/p>

For deliveries to non-EU countries (third countries), shipping is carried out according to the Incoterm DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid)<\/strong>.
The customer bears all applicable import duties, customs fees and other country-specific charges.<\/p>

5. Payment<\/h4>

Payment options are specified in the order process. In the event of return debit notes, chargebacks or other payment problems caused by the customer (e.g. insufficient funds in the account), MetalUnites reserves the right to charge the customer for the resulting costs.<\/p>

6. Shipping<\/h4>

Deliveries are made unless otherwise stated in the product offer,\u00a0<\/span>within the EU and to the following countries: Australia, Japan, Canada, Norway, Switzerland, South Korea, Turkey, UK and USA.<\/span><\/p>

Undeliverable packages:<\/strong>
If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect address information, refusal of acceptance or non-collection by the customer, the customer shall bear the return shipping costs and, if applicable, the additional shipping costs.<\/p>

7. Invoice<\/h4>

We no longer include a paper invoice with our shipments.
This saves us several tons of paper per year and makes a valuable contribution to the environment.<\/p>

8. Eigentumsvorbehalt<\/h4>

The goods remain the property of MetalUnites until full payment has been received.<\/p>

9. right of withdrawal<\/h4>

Customers have a statutory right of withdrawal. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which the customer or a third party designated by the customer receives the goods.<\/p>

Cancellation policy:<\/h5>

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform us by means of a clear statement (e.g. by e-mail or letter) of the decision to withdraw from this contract.<\/p>

Consequences of withdrawal: After withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from the customer, excluding delivery costs, within 14 days at the latest. The refund will be made using the same means of payment that was used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.<\/p>
